SA authorities not phased by AstraZeneca shipment block

A shipment of 250,000 AstraZeneca doses to Australia has been blocked by Italy and the European Union. South Australia has become the first Australian state to administer the AstraZeneca shot and the SA government says it's unconcerned by the block.
