There is a lot of good news for 6 crore PF account holders. The Central Board of Trustees of EPFO has not cut the interest rate on EPF contribution. EPFO subscribers will get 8.5% interest on EPF contribution for 2020-21. For the last financial year also, the same interest has been given on EPF contribution. There was a high probability that the rate of interest on EPF could be reduced. But people were relieved.

6 करोड़ PF खाताधारकों को के लिए बड़ी खुशखबरी आई है. EPFO के सेंट्रल बोर्ड ऑफ ट्रस्टी ने ईपीएफ योगदान पर ब्याज दर में कोई कटौती नहीं की है. EPFO सब्सक्राइबर्स को 2020-21 के लिए EPF योगदान पर 8.5 फीसदी ब्याज मिलेगा. पिछले वित्त वर्ष के लिए भी ईपीएफ योगदान पर इतना ही ब्याज दिया गया है. इस बात की बहुत अधिक संभावना थी कि ईपीएफ पर ब्याज दर घटाई जा सकती है. लेकिन लोगों को राहत दी गई।
