The cultural impact of the coronavirus pandemic has been immense. All around the world - theatres, cinemas and concert halls have been forced to close their doors. As the vaccine rollout continues - there's hope for optimism. But in Germany - some musicians aren't prepared to wait any longer. The BBC's Tim Allman explains.
