Thousands protested the so-called 'VIP vaccine' scandal outside the President’s office.
It has recently come to light that dozens of politicians and their relatives were able to jump the queue for COVID jabs.
So far only health workers and over-70s have been able to get vaccinated in Argentina.
The VIP vaccine scandal triggered mass protests and led to the resignation of health minister Gines Gonzalez Garcia.
President Alberto Fernandez stated that the ‘government has an obligation to correct mistakes’ in the vaccination campaign.
