Keeping a light baggage is always a good option while traveling, but now you can get the benefit of it soon. Passengers traveling in domestic planes can get a fare concession soon. Actually, the Office of the Director General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has issued a circular in which it has been suggested to give fare discount to passengers under the Zero Baggage / No Baggage Policy.
