Nearly 18 years after Whit Stillman’s “Last Days of Disco,” Chloë Sevigny and Kate Beckinsale re-unite in the director’s Jane Austen period adaptation of “Love & Friendship,” a comedy of manners that gives Beckinsale her best role in years.
