Nicole Kidman's favorite toy was a Barbie, but her mother, Janelle Ann Kidman, wouldn't let her have one. Kidman really wanted one, so she ended up taking one from a store. Her mom finally caved in and got Nicole the doll. Later on, the mother and grandmother would make their own life-sized Barbie clothes for the future actress.
