Informal traders appeal for aid

Please consider the needs of informal traders. That's the appeal from the South African Informal Traders Alliance to Finance Minister Tito Mboweni ahead of his budget speech on Wednesday. The alliance is also calling for financial relief for informal traders, as none has been made available to them despite the devastating economic impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the sector.
