Azalina_ I am bewildered as to why we are unable to facilitate Parliament sittings

The legislature has been emasculated by the executive's decision to suspend Parliament, said Dewan Rakyat Deputy Speaker Azalina Othman Said in a letter to Attorney-General Idrus Harun.
She said this has resulted in the executive seemingly having a free reign over the country's affairs, and can't be held accountable by Parliament.
"I am bewildered as to how and why we are unable to and/or refuse to employ means in the ordinance to facilitate Parliament sittings like other nations have, such as reducing the quorum of MPs present, fixing flexible sitting hours and broadcasting chamber proceedings."
