Delhi High Court ने पीड़िता के हाथ पर आरोपी के नाम का टैटू, दे दी जमानत | वनइंडिया हिंदी

The Delhi High Court has granted bail to therape accused only on the grounds that the victim's hand was tattooed on the accused's name. The High Court, while ruling on bail, said that a tattoo of someone's name cannot be made so easily. If there is resistance from the other side then the tattoo cannot be made so easily. Explain that in the court the victim woman had alleged that the accused of rapehad forcibly adopted her name on the arm of the woman.

टैटू बनवाना लोगों का शौक होता है, लेकिन क्या कभी किसी ने सोचा होगा कि आपका गुदवाया टैटू आपके लिए ही एक दिन मुश्किल बन जाएगा. राष्ट्रीय राजधानी दिल्ली में ऐसा ही वाकया सामने आया है. दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट ने शुक्रवार को एक महिला के साथ रेप के आरोपी को सिर्फ इस आधार पर जमानत दे दी कि उसका नाम पीड़ित महिला के हाथ पर गुदा हुआ था.
