Anheuser-Busch recently advertised its Michelob Ultra Organic Seltzer with a Super Bowl commercial.The ad didn't say that Michelob's Seltzer was the "only" organic seltzer certified by the USDA.That's probably because those claims have already gotten them in trouble.Suzie's Brewery Company out of Oregon sued the beverage giant, alleging that claim was inaccurate.Suzie's has been selling its own USDA-certified organic hard seltzer since last summer.Michelob's attorneys reasoned that the claims were just misinterpreted.Suzie's didn't buy that, and neither did a judge, who told Michelob to stop using the problematic terms
