The rescue operations continued at Tapovan tunnel in Chamoli district on the sixth day following the glacier burst. Earlier on Thursday, the rescue operation was temporarily halted following a rise in the level of water in the Rishiganga River. As time is passing by, people have started questioning NTPC. People are asking was NTPC not prepared? Haven't we learned anything from the Uttarakhand disaster that happened in 2013?
