Ministries have been asked to come up with a list of sectors, activities and businesses that have yet to be allowed to re-open, along with proposed standard operating procedures (SOP) for them to follow should they be allowed to operate.

Senior Minister (Security) Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob said the matter was raised during the National Security Council (NSC) special meeting on Wednesday (Feb 10).
