Although it will be a very different Chinese New Year this year because of the Covid-19 pandemic, Chef James Ho of Ruyi is putting on a brave front and concocting delicious dishes to usher in the Year of the Ox.

Besides offering takeaway and delivery services, he has created the Golden Bull Yee Sang, a beautifully-crafted edible work of art, with the zodiac animal playing a prominent part in the dish.

Here’s wishing Chef Ho and all those celebrating the Year of the Ox an abundance of health, wealth and longevity.
