హెచ్‌-1బీ వీసాదారుల జీవిత భాగస్వాములకు అమెరికాలో పని చేసేందుకు వీలుగా జారీ చేసే హెచ్‌-4వీసాలపై యూఎస్‌ కోర్టు తాజాగా కీలక ఆదేశాలు జారీ చేసింది. ఈ వీసాల ప్రస్తుత స్థితిపై మార్చి 4వ తేదీ లోపు ఉమ్మడి నివేదికను సమర్పించాలని సంబంధిత విభాగాలకు న్యాయస్థానం ఆదేశాలు జారీ చేసింది. యూఎస్‌ కోర్టు ఆఫ్‌ అప్పీల్స్‌ డిస్ట్రిక్ట్‌ ఆప్‌ కోలంబియా సర్క్యూట్‌ జడ్జి తాన్యా ఎస్‌ చుత్కన్‌ ఈ మేరకు ఆదేశించారు. మాజీ అధ్యక్షుడు డొనాల్డ్‌ ట్రంప్‌ హయాంలో హెచ్‌-4 వీసాలపై తీసుకున్న నిర్ణయాలను ఉపసంహరిస్తున్నట్లు ప్రస్తుతం అధ్యక్షుడు జో బైడెన్‌ ఆదేశాలు ఇచ్చిన నేపథ్యంలో కోర్టు నివేదిక కోరినట్లు తెలుస్తోంది.
