Indian Navy Marine commandos and a team of divers has arrived at Tapovan to carry out a rescue operation inside a tunnel. Specialised equipment will be used to rescue people stranded inside the tunnel. It has also been reported that the water level inside the tunnel is rising. The Garhwal Scouts and Marcos divisions will enter the tunnel together to carry out the rescue operation. Watch the video for more information.
