Holomisa says ANC should pay back stolen money

UDM leader Bantu Holomisa says it's payback time. He's not surprised by the damning testimony of the State Security Agency’s acting DG, at the state capture inquiry. Loyiso Jafta has told the Zondo commission that billions from the SSA were channelled to fund ANC conferences. The UDM leader maintains it's the culture of the governing party to loot state funds.
