Preparation: - Clean & wash the chicken pieces and keep them to drain. - Roughly chop the onions, tomatoes. - Blend dry coconuts, ginger & garlic cloves including sufficient water
Process: - Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped onions - Fry on medium heat for 2-3 mins until turns light brown - Add coriander leaves - Add the chopped tomatoes and green chilies and fry on a medium flame for 3 mins - Add prepared ginger garlic paste and mix well - Now add the chicken pieces - Add salt, turmeric, garam masala, coriander-cumin powder and mix well - Close the lid and cook it for 15-20 mins.
