New Delhi: A day after the national capital witnessed unprecedented violence during Republic Day tractor rally - which also saw groups of farmers entering the forecourt of the iconic Red Fort, climbing its ramparts, and hoisting a religious flag on a mast outside, farmer leaders today appealed to protesting farmers to maintain peace and said their agitation against the centre's agricultural laws is a long one.

गणतंत्र दिवस के मौके पर किसानों द्वारा निकाली गई ट्रैक्टर परेड के दौरान हुई हिंसा को लेकर अब दिल्ली पुलिस सख्ती के मूड में दिखाई दे रही है. करीब 200 लोगों को हिरासत में लिया गया है. इन लोगों के खिलाफ दंगा फैलाने, पुलिसकर्मियों पर हमला करने समेत कई संगीन धाराएं लगाई गई हैं. बताया जा रहा है कि इन्हें जल्द ही गिरफ्तार कर लिया जाएगा. देखिए वीडियो
