Chin Tong: Banks still earn interest from a moratorium, they have nothing to lose

DAP senator Liew Chin Tong has outlined five ways the government could implement to improve efforts to contain the Covid-19 outbreak and its economic aftermath.
One of the points raised by Liew was that banks will not suffer losses by offering a moratorium as they'll still be able to earn interest.
