Will tractor rally achieve farmers' main objective?

Farmers are all set for their massive tractor rally on Republic Day. The tractor march is likely to begin at 11:30 am and according to farm unions around two lakh tractors are expected to participate in the tractor parade which will move into the city from three border points --- Singhu, Tikri and Ghazipur (UP Gate).
