WhatsApp new privacy policy was heard once again in the Delhi High Court on Monday. The Delhi High Court, while hearing the new privacy policy of WhatsApp, said on Monday that downloading WhatsApp in the phone is not mandatory, it is voluntary. During the hearing, the central government said that WhatsApp is treating its Indian users differently from its European users.

व्हाट्सएप की नई प्राइवेसी पॉलिसी पर दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट में सोमवार को एक बार फिर सुनवाई हुई. दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट ने व्हाट्सएप की नई प्राइवेसी पॉलिसी पर सुनवाई करते हुए सोमवार को कहा कि फोन में व्हाट्सएप डाउनलोड करना अनिवार्य नहीं है, ये स्वैच्छिक है. सुनवाई के दौरान केंद्र सरकार ने बताया कि वॉट्सऐप अपने भारतीय यूज़रों के साथ अपने यूरोपीय यूजरों से अलग व्यवहार कर रहा है.
