Nice and creamy salad dressing with a hint of chablis
1 lg. egg, 1 c. olive oil, 1 T. red onion, 1 tsp. salt, 1 T. honey or 1 tsp. white sugar ,2-3 T. lemon juice, 1 T. warm water
