BBQ shrimps Cajun_Creole style

13 to 15 count head on shrimp, 2 tsp. Cajun seasoning (if you want to make your own, I have the recipe on my website), 1/3 c. dry white wine, 1 T. basil paste( I also have that recipe), 1/2 tsp. regular or smoked paprika, 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper, 1/4 tsp. sea salt, 1/4 c. scallions.
