The Indian Premier League mini-auction ahead of the 2021 edition of the league is likely to be held either on February 18 or 19 in Chennai.Speaking to ANI, sources in the know of developments said that the mini-auction ahead of the 14th edition will take place on either of the two dates and a final call is expected soon. “The second Test match ends in Chennai on February 17. So, we will go for either 18 or 19 and the venue is Chennai,” the source said. A call also needs to be taken on the venue of this year’s tournament. While India will be the favoured venue for the cash-rich league, a call will be taken in some time.

आईपीएल नीलामी की तारिख आ गयी है. जी हाँ, आईपीएल 2021 में छोटी नीलामी कब होगी ? इस बात का एलान हो गया है. बीसीसीआई अधिकारी ने तारीख की पुष्टि कर दी है. पर नीलामी में किस शहर में आयोजित की जाएगी? इस बात की घोषणा अब तक नहीं हुई है. 18 फरवरी को आईपीएल की नीलामी होने वाली है. इसी दिन आठों फ्रेंचाइजी खिलाड़ियों को खरीदने के लिए बैठेगी. और खिलाड़ियों की मंडी सजेगी. पीटीआइ से बात करते हुए बीसीसीआइ के एक अधिकारी ने बताया, "इस साल की नीलामी 18 फरवरी को की जाएगी. इसे कहां कराया जाना है इसके आयोजन स्थल का फैसला अभी किया जाना है." हालाँकि, बीसीसीआई को अभी यह तय करना है कि आगामी आईपीएल का आयोजन भारत में होगा या नहीं.
