Cold in Delhi broke the record of the last ten years. The Meteorological Department said that Delhi is facing cold-day condition these days. Actually, there is a heavy cold wave in Delhi. Sun is hardly visible during the day. Now cold of Delhi- NCR started giving the feel of Shimla. This type of situation is named as cold-day condition by weather scientists. Watch report.
