Organiser of frozen chicken giveaway issued compound for breaching SOP

The organiser of a free frozen chicken giveaway has been issued a compound for breaching the standard operating procedure (SOP).
Putrajaya OCPD Asst Comm Mohd Fadzil Ali said the police received information on the event which was held recently and told the organiser such an event did not have police approval as Putrajaya is under the movement control order (MCO).
