Fish cake udon :: Super simple dish

Udon that reminds me of a cold winter day!!

ingredients

Anchovy for broth 4
200g Assorted Fish Cake
200 g of udon noodles per serving
Leek in moderation
1 tablespoon ground garlic

How to make

1. In a pot, make 3 cups of water and 8 minutes of anchovy for broth.
2. While the broth is boiling, chop the boiled green onions and cut the fish cake into appropriate size.
3. After picking out the anchovies, season with 2 tablespoons of soup soy sauce and half a tablespoon of sugar. (If the fish cake is content, the liver will be different.)
4. Slice a tablespoon of ground garlic, boil a lot of fish cake, and then boil more udon noodles.
5. Lastly, if the seasoning is right, you can eat the chopped green onions right away. If the seasoning is insufficient, season with salt or soy sauce.
