Bhartiya Kisan Union chief Bhupinder Singh Mann on Thursday recused himself from the Supreme Court-appointed committee to resolve the deadlock between farmers and the Centre over the new agri-marketing laws even as the government and farmers confirmed that they will be holding the ninth round of talks today.
