Amid row, Bhartiya Kisan Union president Bhupinder Singh Mann, a member of the Supreme Court-formed committee over agricultural acts, on Thursday said that he is recusing himself from the panel. In his letter, Mann thanked the Supreme Court for nominating him on the committee but said that he "would sacrifice any position" offered to him so as "not to compromise the interests of farmers".

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कृषि कानूनों की समीक्षा के लिए जो चार सदस्यीय कमेटी बनाई है उससे भूपिंदर सिंह मान ने खुद को अलग कर लिया है। मान का कहना है कि वह किसानों के जज्बात को देखते हुए कमेटी से अलग हुए हैं। उनका कहना है कि वह किसानों के साथ हमेशा खड़े रहेंगे और उनके हितों के खिलाफ कभी नहीं जाएंगे।
