The entire country is celebrating the festival of Makar Sankranti and Pongal today. So the weather patterns from Delhi to the south have been severely impaired. Fog has created a furore in the capital Delhi today. So the entire North India is choking with the same cold wave. The worst is in Jammu and Kashmir, where the winter has broken the record of many years.
