Special Marriage Act में 30 दिन के पूर्व नोटिस की बाध्यता खत्म, अब फौरन होगी शादी | वनइंडिया हिंदी

The Allahabad High Court has given a big decision regarding the Special Marriage Act in Uttar Pradesh. The court has ordered that the couple who married under the Special Marriage Act, does not need 30 days prior notice. The High Court said that under the law, it was optional for the couple to marry on their own volition, which was published a month before the marriage notice was published.

उत्तर प्रदेश में स्पेशल मैरिज एक्ट को लेकर इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट ने एक बड़ा फैसला सुनाया है. कोर्ट ने आदेश दिया है कि स्पेशल मैरिज एक्ट के तहत शादी करने वाले कपल को 30 दिन के पूर्व नोटिस की जरूरत नहीं है. हाईकोर्ट ने कहा कि कानून के तहत अपनी मर्जी से शादी करने वाले जोड़े के लिए जो एक महीने पहले शादी का नोटिस पब्लिश कराने का नियम था वो वैकल्पिक है.
