"The president has committed an unspeakable assault on our nation and our people," says US House Speaker Nancy Pelosi as she calls for President Donald Trump to be urgently removed from power. "If the vice president and cabinet do not act, the Congress may be prepared to move forward with impeachment," says Pelosi as she urges Vice President Mike Pence and Trump's cabinet to invoke the 25th amendment, one day after a pro-Trump mob stormed the Capitol with his encouragement in a bid to overturn the presidential election results.
