Glenn McGrath praises Steve Smith's intent in Sydney Test against India| Oneindia Sports

Pace legend Glenn McGrath has lauded the Indian bowlers for not allowing Steve Smith to get set in the ongoing series but feels the star Australian batsman will be a lot tougher to bowl to once he manages to get a start. Smith, after scoring back-to-back hundreds in the ODIs against India, has managed only 10 runs in the first two Tests of the four-match series. "It is pretty interesting bowling plan to Steve Smith that has worked so far. England tried it during the Ashes but it didn’t work as well and then you had New Zealand with Neil Wagner bowl exceptionally well," McGrath said at a conference call.


ऑस्ट्रेलिया के महान तेज गेंदबाज ग्लेन मैकग्रा ने स्टीव स्मिथ को लेकर बड़ा बयान दिया है. जिससे भारत को डरने की जरुरत है. ग्लेन मैकग्रा का कहना है कि स्टीव स्मिथ पिंजरे में शेर की तरह है. अगर बाहर आया तो फिर तबाह कर देगा. मैकग्रा के कहने का तात्पर्य ये है कि स्टीव स्मिथ को जितना ज्यादा हो और जल्दी हो, आउट कर देना चाहिए. अगर नहीं ऐसा होता है तो फिर भारत को उसका खामियाजा भुगतना पड़ेगा. अब तक बीते दो टेस्ट मैचों में स्टीव स्मिथ फ्लॉप रहे हैं. मात्र 10 रन ही बना सके. लेकिन, सिडनी टेस्ट मैच में जिस तरह उन्होंने स्टार्ट किया और आते ही शॉट्स लगाने शुरू कर दिए. उससे साफ़ जाहिर होता है कि स्टीव स्मिथ अलग ही मूड बनाकर आए हैं.
