Tamil Nadu allows cinemas to open with 100% capacity, sparks row amid pandemic

Tamil Nadu government has allowed cinema halls to open with 100 per cent capacity amid an ongoing pandemic. The development comes after famous actors like Vijay and Silambarasan requested the state government to allow theatres to function fully as big films are going to release around the Pongal celebrations.
