The number of people dying of COVID-19 at home in KwaZulu-Natal is increasing. Premier Sihle Zikalala says many patients are also dying on arrival at healthcare facilities.But, he is most concerned with a growing trend of contacts who refuse to be tested. Courtesy #DStv403
