The final preparations are underway for New Year's Eve in Times Square. The balloons have always played an important part in the world's biggest party, but this year the public cannot attend. However there will still be several hundred balloons handed out to the specially invited heroes who will form family pods at the event, within a safety screened area. Danny Magowan from Balloon Affairs describes his method for creating the perfect New Year's Eve party piece! It may not be the traditional sea of Planet Fitness purple and yellow, but it will still be impressive!
