माल की ढुलाई को और सुविधाजनक बनाने के लिए फ्रेट कॉरिडोर प्रोजेक्ट के औद्योगिक शहरों के विकास को मंजूरी दे दी गई है. बुधवार को प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की अगुवाई में हुई कैबिनेट बैठक में फैसला लिया गया कि 7725 करोड़ की लागत से फ्रेट कॉरिडोर के औद्योगिक शहरों का विकास किया जाएगा. केंद्रीय मंत्री प्रकाश जावड़ेकर ने कहा कि इससे 3 लाख लोगों को रोजगार मिलेगा
