A Seremban Umno division committee meeting held on Monday night turned into commotion as grassroots leaders traded barbs after its chief Mustafa Salim adjourned the meeting abruptly.

The committee members were not given an opportunity to air their views, Seremban Umno Youth chief Zool Amali Hussain was quoted by Sinar Harian as saying.

According to him, the situation became tense when a group of individuals who were not part of the committee or attendees of the meeting, showed up at the venue.
