Liquor traders are pleading with the government not to ban alcohol sales again. The National Coronavirus Command Council is discussing the Covid-19 resurgence. And there is talk of an imminent harder lockdown. Our reporter Barry Bateman is out in Pretoria, to check on whether liquor stores are still following the rules
