On the second day of the second Test match against Australia, the Indian team captain Rahane has done wonders to mark the 23rd half-century of his Test career, this is Rahane's 5th half-century in the Test on Australian soil, 50 against Australia in the Rahane Boxing Day Test. He has become the sixth Indian captain to score innings of runs or more, Kapil Dev did this against Australia in the 1985 Boxing Day Test.
