बंगाल में अगले साल होने वाले चुनाव से पहले सियासी उतार चढ़ाव लगातार सामने आ रहे हैं,. राज्य में सत्तारुढ़ तृणमूल कांग्रेस के वरिष्ठ नेता जीतेंद्र तिवारी ने यू-टर्न ले लिया है और शुक्रवार रात दावा किया कि वह पार्टी में ही बने रहेंगे. इससे पहले ऐसी अटकलें लगाई जा रही थी कि वह जल्द ही भारतीय जनता पार्टी में शामिल हो सकते हैं.
