Segambut MP Hannah Yeoh said the government must be able to provide detailed Parliamentary written replies when it comes to expenditure as it involves public funds.

She said several questions she had raised in the current Parliamentary session concerning government expenditure had seen “unsatisfactory” replies, adding that this defeats the function of Parliament.

Yeoh said this in a press conference in Parliament on Wednesday (Dec 16).
