Right Hand Push 99lb

Well, it took a FEW tries with Brutus (99lb) but, here's a U.S. Style One Hand Push! Praise the Lord!! Definitely reminds me of tossing a Shot Put. Calvert writes in his book, Super Strength of 1924, "In one-arm lifting, you accomplish a right-arm push by standing with the feet apart and then bending to the right, ..., and then swinging the body to the left and slightly forward as you push the bell aloft...A very strong workman or athlete seems to instinctively adopt this style for the first time he tries to "push up" a heavy dumbbell." It's a fascinating lift because it does the same thing a Bent Press does: start a weight from one side at the shoulder, put it overhead but, finish doing so on the opposite side!! On both lifts, once the arm is straight, you straighten up. This has a very natural feel to it. The left took a bit longer to come around but, that's normal. I am excited to give these another go 'round! God Bless!!
