Chinese veg fried rice by KITCHEN COOKING SECRETS: Today I am going to make Chinese veg fried rice in a different style. Basically, the fried rice recipe is made with an egg omelet and with finely chopped veggies (veggies are up to your choice). Soya sauce 1 tbsp. Salt 1tbsp Oil 1 cup Water as required Garlic ginger paste 1tbsp Chicken stack 1s Coriander powder 1tbsp Turmeric powder 1tsp Rice basmati rice (boiled half kg)
Method: Step 1: Boil the slices of one cup carrots and one cup green peas together for 3 minutes. Note that never over boil the veggies. After that drain them from the water. Step 2: Take a pan add oil to it. Preheat cooking oil for 1 minute after that add the different colored chopped capsicum and fry them 2 to 3 minutes until they softened. Take out the fried capsicum from the pan. Now fry one chopped potato into the same pan for three or four minutes not overcook the potato.
