According to the Panchang, Margashirsha month is going on. According to the Hindu calendar, this is the ninth month. It is also called Aghan Mass. According to mythological beliefs, Margashirsha month has been called the most loved month of Lord Krishna. The special virtue of worship performed in Margashirsha month is attained. In this month, along with Lord Krishna, the worship of Lord Vishnu, Tulsi Mata, Shankh is also said to have special significance. Not only this, bathing in the holy river in Margashirsha month and giving donations also brings blessings of the Gods. The next few days are very special for worship and religious work.

पंचांग के अनुसार मार्गशीर्ष मास चल रहा है. हिंदू कैलेंडर के मुताबिक ये नौवां महीना है. इसे अगहन मास भी कहा जाता है. पौराणिक मान्यता के अनुसार मार्गशीर्ष मास को भगवान श्रीकृष्ण का सबसे प्रिय महीना कहा गया है. मार्गशीर्ष मास में की जाने वाली पूजा का विशेष पुण्य प्राप्त होता है. इस माह में भगवान श्रीकृष्ण के साथ-साथ भगवान विष्णु, तुलसी माता, शंख की पूजा का भी विशेष महत्व बताया गया है. इतना ही नहीं मार्गशीर्ष मास में पवित्र नदी में स्नान करना और दान देने से भी देवताओं का आर्शीवाद प्राप्त होता है. आने वाले कुछ दिन पूजा-पाठ और धर्म कर्म के लिए बहुत ही विशेष हैं.
