The discussion about the selection of the new chairman of the UPA has intensified. It is being speculated that the current UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi may resign from her post and Sharad Pawar may be replaced by the new chairman of the UPA, although the NCP has dismissed these speculations going on in the media. Senior leader and spokesperson of Sanjay Raut said that we would be happy if Sharad Pawar becomes UPA chairman.
