A study has found that the diet of the people of the Indus Valley Civilisation was dominated by meat. In Indus valley thrived one of the most ancient human civilisations, whose descendents are presumably the people of the region which is now predominantly Hindu and many of them are no longer meat eaters. Which is perhaps why the study has gained so much interest.
