Winter orgy continues in many states of the country, including the capital. A thick fog enveloped most parts of Delhi, UP, Punjab, Chandigarh and Haryana on Thursday morning, leading to reduced visibility, impacting air flights and trains. Most trains are running late by their scheduled times. The national capital Delhi recorded a minimum temperature of 9.1 degrees Celsius, with the Indian Meteorological Department anticipating that there is a possibility of rain in Delhi and surrounding areas on December 11 and 12, which will improve the quality of the air.

राजधानी समेत देश के कई राज्यों में सर्दी का तांडव जारी है। दिल्‍ली, यूपी, पंजाब, चंडीगढ़ और हरियाणा के अधिकांश हिस्‍सों में गुरुवार सुबह घना कोहरा छाया रहा, जिसकी वजह से विजिबिलिटी कम हो गई है, जिसका असर हवाई उड़ानों और ट्रनों पर पड़ा है। अधिकांश ट्रेनें अपने निर्धारित समय से काफी लेट चल रही हैं। राष्ट्रीय राजधानी दिल्ली में न्यूनतम तापमान 9.1 डिग्री सेल्सियस दर्ज किया गयाा,भारतीय मौसम विभाग ने आशंका जताई है कि दिल्ली और आसपास के इलाकों में 11 और 12 दिसंबर को बारिश होने की संभावना बन रही है, जिससे हवा की क्वालिटी में सुधार होगा।
