Maharashtra Shakti Act: Udhhav Cabinet ने ड्रॉफ्ट को दी मंजूरी | वनइंडिया हिंदी

In order to curb heinous crimes against women and children in Maharashtra, the Uddhav government has approved the draft of a bill in a cabinet meeting on Wednesday. Now it will be introduced in the upcoming assembly session. The bill provides for stringent punishment including death penalty, life imprisonment and heavy fines for the culprits and speedy trial of the case.

महाराष्ट्र में महिलाओं और बच्चों के खिलाफ जघन्य अपराधों पर अंकुश लगाने के लिए उद्धव सरकार ने कैबिनेट बैठक में बुधवार को एक विधेयक के मसौदे को मंजूरी दे दी है. अब इसको आगामी विधानसभा सत्र में पेश किया जाएगा. इस विधेयक में दोषियों के लिए मृत्युदंड, आजीवन कारावास और भारी जुर्माना सहित कड़ी सजा और मुकदमे की त्वरित सुनवाई के प्रावधान हैं.
